About Meridian
One team, accountable from the first drawing to the last punch-list item.
Meridian started in 2009 as a four-person fit-out crew working out of a rented workshop in Bang Na. Today we run design, engineering, procurement and construction under one roof, so an owner has one number to call and one contract that carries the risk.
We work in reinforced concrete and structural steel, and we own our formwork, scaffolding and lifting gear rather than renting it back to your budget. Every project gets a named site manager, a weekly cost report you can read in five minutes, and a schedule we are willing to put a penalty clause behind.

Turn-key interiors for offices, clinics, restaurants and showrooms, including custom joinery from our own workshop in Bang Na.
Renovation & retrofit
Structural strengthening, façade replacement and MEP upgrades in occupied buildings, phased so your tenants keep trading.
How a project runs
Five stages. No surprises between them.
Each stage ends with a sign-off you hold. Nothing moves to the next one until the cost, the drawings and the schedule are agreed in writing.

Site walk & brief
We visit the site, read your constraints and give you a written feasibility note within five working days, free of charge.
Week 1 - 02
Design & fixed estimate
Architect and structural engineer produce the scheme; our estimator prices it line by line. The number we give you is the number on the contract.
Weeks 2–6 - 03
Permits & procurement
We file the BMA building permit and EIA where required, and lock in steel, concrete and long-lead MEP equipment at quoted prices.
Weeks 6–12 - 04
Construction
A named site manager, weekly photo and cost reports, and a shared schedule you can open on your phone. Safety inductions for every visitor.
Per programme - 05
Handover & 24-month care
Joint inspection, as-built drawings and O&M manuals, then a two-year defects period with a 48-hour response commitment.
